Mindfulness

The fullness of presence – in the attempt to translate the term mindfulness is a special kind of attention: conscious, non-judgmental and directed at the current moment (Jon Kabat-Zinn, 1990), at the same time experiencing a world that is beyond dreams, expectations and is a kind of experience of things “the kind of they are “(Ray, 2002). The mindfulness idea is consistent with both practice and approach, which consists in being completely present to the experience coming from outside (other people) as from inside (own thoughts, feelings, impressions) at any moment. However, this is not about the ability to focus on a particular object, feeling, human – it is especially about the quality of being in relation to every emerging phenomenon (regardless of what it is). One of the assumptions of mindfulness training is the acceptance of thoughts and feelings that arise – without judging them and fighting or attracting them. The purpose of the training is not to achieve relaxation or happiness, but rather, as researchers say, “freedom from the tendency to be attracted to automatic reactions to thoughts, feelings and events.” Mindfulness is very concerned with nutrition and all aspects related to it. Working with the thought of this area of life is one of the most beautiful, but also the most difficult human being in life. So many questions to find and shape answers, as well as enough answers that can be helpful in everyday functioning – in health and contentment. The way of feeling, the way of thinking about food is the key to happiness, which is the health mentioned. I would recommend!
