I don’t have to teach anyone about eating I breakfast – I hope. Lunch, the more. But I still see the habit of skipping breakfast II! I call this meal as feeding bridge because it serves as a smooth transition to lunch, which is the second most important during the day. At least half of adults and a significant percentage of schoolchildren forget about the second breakfast or consider them unnecessary, maintaining that they do not feel hunger between breakfast and lunch. In fact, it is often the case that such people sometimes go out of control in the so-called, sweet bread, cakes, or salty snacks, dessert with coffee – and these are also meals (I recall the previous text: https://milenanosek.pl/the-truth-about-number-of-meals-during-the-day-is-an-apple-a-meal/?lang=en). The role of the second breakfast depends mainly on the traditions, habits and physiological conditions. If we skip this meal altogether, too low already reduced blood glucose will affect energy levels, intellectual abilities, not to mention the risk of overweight. Ideas for the second breakfast is innumerable. Today I offer you a nutritious, spring salad, which you can easily pack into a box and take to school or work.
